I’m definitely going to be trying out the waffle sandwich n=on the next trip. BTW, you mentioned Yorkshire Pud is hard to get in the USA, but it is really easy to make when (if?) you have a roast dinner at home – its just flour, egg and milk in a batter, added to oil in hot muffin tins – just make sure the oil is really hot when you add the batter – and cook in the oven for 20 mins :) Not quite the same, I know!
